Refund policy
At Dom's Chilli, we take great care in producing and packaging our food products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product + packaging
We’ll replace the item or provide a refund - whichever you prefer - as soon as we review your claim.
Change of Mind
Because our products are consumable food products, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases once your order has shipped.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping Costs
If an item is confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover any return or replacement shipping costs.
For change of mind situations (pre-dispatch only), shipping fees may not be refundable.
